if you mean in the series, no. the creators of avatar decided to stop making avatar when aang learned all the bending because each chapter is named for the element he is trying to learn. but in theory, yes. after aang dies, the next avatar spirit will be reincarnated into a waterbender.

To answer your brewing question: No, this won't be about the 'Gaang' from "Avatar: the Last Airbender".
This series is to take place in the same Avatar Universe, but 100 years after the events in the first series. It is still unclear, bu there are rumors that this will be about the next Avatar, which as the cycle goes, would be a Waterbender. However, it is said that there will be flashback in this series that go back to the original tales of the Gaang and their stories.
