No, in Newton's 1st law it states that:

An object at rest tends to stay at rest and an object in motion tends to stay in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an outside force.

This means that there has to be a unbalanced force (like gravity) to make an object move.

According to Newton's first law of motion, an object at rest will remain at rest, unless acted upon by an outside force. So no, it cannot move completely by itself.

How does newtons first law influence motion?

Newton's first law is about Inertia. It states that an object at rest will stay at rest unless an outside force acts on it and an object in motion will stay in motion unless an outside force acts on it. This means that an object at rest will never move by itself and an object in motion will never stop by itself.
