Not if you clean the pot thoroughly and don't drink the water.
no just use bleach soap
You could try using bleach. No, I wouldn't use the pots or pans if they still had visible signs of the dye.
Soap and water, usually works a-okay, if you want you can use some harmful chemicals if you use these use them in a poorly ventilated room with no windows, and breath them in
to keep it clean you should dont use it so it stays clean.
bleach
Copper pans are said to release less "harmful" ingredients into the food you prepare. This is debatable depending on the person you speak with, but I believe they are no better.
Absolutely, if the teflon is headed too high or scraps off of the pans it can be potentially harmful. It is especially harmful if it gets too hot and burn and is breathed in. I switched to all stainless steel. www.greenbabiesblog.org
Stainless steel pans do not need seasoning. In fact, they should not be seasoned. The smooth coating which prevents rust from forming should be kept clean.
Stainless steel pans are generally easy to clean and do not rust like some metal cooking utensils and pants. Some of these pans may also include a non-stick coating. Unlike cast-iron, these pans are much lighter and more manageable.
horrible experience widot using them
I stopped purchasing Teflon coated products a long time ago. I did read online that there could be harmful effects. Maybe you could give the pans to someone who does not have birds.
You can use Bar Keepers Friend or white vinegar to clean stainless steel pots and pans.If using BKF, follow the cleanser's instructions to clean your pots and pans. BKF can be found at local store such as Bed Bath and Beyond, or online. If you can stand the smell of boiling vinegar, go for the following steps:Fill the stainless steel pot/pan with one cup of vinegar and add water as needed to cover the stains.Boil the vinegar water mixture for about five minutes then allow it to cool down completely.Wash stainless steel pot/pan with soap and hot water using a soft wash cloth or a non-abrasive pad. When done cleaning, always remember to rinse stainless steel pots and pans thoroughly with hot water and dry completely with a clean towel.
I'm not completely sure but i think you soak it in soapy water for a few days
