No they don't. In the anime she leaves zero due to Zero saying that he will kill all purebloods then told to run away, but she told her she'll be waiting. In the manga however, after Zero kills Rido ( Yuuki's uncle ), he kisses Yuuki on the lips and tells her that he will kill all the purebloods, but he lets go of Yuuki then she tells him that she will run away from Zero.
But!!!!! There is a good chance that she will end up with Zero.
But I feel sorry for Kaname so I wish he would just die of protecting Yuuki so Yuuki will not feel sorry for him.
