The climax of "Firestar's Quest" occurs when Firestar confronts the villain, Darktail, and his rogues to protect SkyClan and their territory. Firestar must rally the other Clans to support SkyClan and defeat Darktail, ultimately proving himself as a strong and capable leader.
Epic, exciting, addicting...it's a very good Super Edition, and quite possibly one of the best books in the Warriors saga.

The book after Crookedstar's Promise is Into The Wild, as of now. Crookedstar's Promise ties in with Bluestar's Prophecy, and soon to be in the same era is Yellowfang's Secret. So, Bluestar's Prophecy is after Crookedstar's Promise, then it leads to Into The Wild.
