A 198 foot run using 6AWG cable from a single phase service (240VAC) would give you a 4% voltage drop. This should be your concern depending on what it is you intend to supply power to. A 6AWG conductor with a jacket rated at 60 degrees Celsius (type TW, UF) is good for up to 55A. A 6AWG conductor rated at 90 degrees Celsius (type THHN, THHW, etc.) is good for up to 75A. So to answer your question, yes, it would be fine.
I am assuming by your description that the panel is protected by a 90 amp breaker and the breakers in the panel when added up is 200. This is okay as long as your 90 amp breaker trips on a regular basis. It is typical for the breakers to add up to more than the main breaker under the assumption that you would rarely be running each circuit at its maximum capacity.
No its okay as long as they don't go to service
it would be okay
Code states that a grounding rod needs to be 8 feet long. A 6 foot rod should be okay in theory, but 8' is code.
If they are in phase and have same amplitude you should be okay. I expect this is not the case given your description so you would likely get a distorted waveform.
I would think that would be okay, as long as you can do child care good.
As long as you realise it will probably never come off.
Headlight switch.
I would think as long as the CD isn't scratched or smudged it is okay.
Quit okay
No, "okay" does not have a long vowel sound. The 'o' in "okay" is pronounced with a short vowel sound.
