It depends. If the debit happened by mistake then you will get your money back. But if the debit happened because of a legitimate transaction done on your account, you will not get it back. Ex: online purchase or ATM withdrawal.
If she was not on the account the bank should not have done any of this in the first place. You should check with your bank and as well as speak with a lawyer to see where you go from here. See the Bank Manager about them getting the money back from her and sue the bank! She had no right to change anything about the account if her name was not on it.
1. Cash is debited because business cash is increased and capital is credited because it is the liability of the business towards its owner to return back at the time of dissolution of business.
Below is what would happen: a. Your check will bounce b. You'll not get any money c. You may have to contact the person who gave you the check and run behind him to get your money back
It sounds like your mother has an account with an "in trust for" phrase on the name of the account. She intends for you to inherit the money without that money having to go through the probate court. At least that is how it works in this particular state. Normally, the IRS does not touch that type of account. However, if you owe back taxes and the account contains any money when she dies, they will take it before you get it.
Yes, they absolutely without a doubt can take it back. Just because they erred and put it in the wrong account (yours) doesn't not mean you are entitled to it. If your money went into someone elses account due to bank error, wouldn't you want the bank to take it back and give it to you? If you notice(d) it before they did, wouldn't you want to be honest and call them to tell them?
If I tried to withdraw money from the ATM but the machine did not dispense the money, I will check if the money has been debited from my account. If the money is gone, then I will raise a formal complaint with the banks customer care department about the same. The bank will verify their ATM Records to confirm that the machine did not dispense the money and then credit the amount back into your account.
Go to the bank where the account is and ask them.
Open iTunes, click redeem on the right side of the page then scratch off the code in the back of the card with a coin. Then enter the code and your account will be debited.
If they did....it would be so you lvl it and get money for them and they hack it back

Yes,12 days ago I paid in full my credit card bill for Capital One with an ACH.They debited my Bank of America account for $17,000.00.Three days later they mistakenly debited my account again for $17,000.00.I immediately set upon a bizarre odyssey trying to get the money returned to my account.Phone call after phone call after phone,a visit to my local Capital One branch and to no avail.I still do not have my money back and the people at Capital One Credit divisions are robots who have no authority to do anything to fix their own problem.Does anyone have any advice how to get this problem fixed?
This gets a bit trickier. With many secured credit cards the answer is "No", if you want the money from the savings account back you need to let all of your charges on the secured credit card clear, close the card and than close the savings account and get your money back. Often you maintain the ability to withdraw some money and reduce your credit line, but do not count on that option from all secured cards. In no case would you be allowed to withdraw so much money that your savings account dropped below the minimum set by the bank to establish such an account.
If the money was sent in your account accidentally then expect that one day someone will ask you for it back. If it was put into your account as a gift or your salary, then no. If it is a joint account or you have an arrangement where they can draw on your account, then yes. However, if no such arrangement was in place, I would be more concerned as to how someone got your bank account details in the first place.
If they did it by mistake then definitely YES. You can get it back.
the money goes back to your account.
A money bag is just that, a sack in which one would carry money. They date back to prior to the 17th century. Stagecoaches and horse drawn carriages would normally transport money bags filled with coins.
