A one sided shape
If you say this shape is 18 sided i would guess it has 18 sides. ;)
I'd say its a hexagon. Six-sided.
nontagon, or you can just say polygon
It depends on whether you want your readers to know what you are talking about or would rather be pretentious. I would say 97-gon.
all you have to do is multiply the two biggest sides and you get your answer. Ex: Lets say you had a shape with a 5 6 7 3 5 2 3 and the 5 and 3 were the biggest sides that connect you would then multiple them and your answer would be 35! WALAH!
I guess you could say that a Mobius strip is a one-sided shape. Or a circle, because there are no corners or divisions where another side starts.

It would be hard to actually draw one, but if you can imagine it, and there is no inherent contradiction in the idea, then I would say, "yes".

This is an impossible three-dimensional figure. A pyramid has 5 faces and 8 edges but has 5 corners, not 4. A 4-cornered three-dimensional figure has only one itteration: that of a 4 sided pyramid of 6 edges. Since your shape is 5 sided with 8 edges I would say you have got a number wrong there somewhere.
4= either "tetra" or "quad" 5=either "quint" or "penta"
I would say a diamond.
A hexagon IS a six sided polygon. A REGULAR hexagon is the shape we tend to think of when we say hexagon because it has equal sides and equal internal angles. However, a hexagon can have unequal sides and internal angles and still be a hexagon. A hexagon is just a shape with six sides.
Nothing. Brutus is dead, and any conversation with him would be very one-sided. Antony talks instead to Octavian and Messala who are standing by.
