To remove the seat from a Yamaha PW80, locate the seat release mechanism, typically found at the rear of the seat. This may involve loosening a bolt or turning a latch. Once the mechanism is disengaged, lift the back of the seat and slide it toward the rear of the bike to release the front hooks. Carefully set the seat aside once it is free.
