You should just go to sleep, nothing will happen. When I was having problems with insomnia, my psychiatrist actually prescribed me to 4 25mg benadryl tablets (actually a more generic form of diphenhydramine). It actually didnt even work that well for me. While you don't want to take more than the label dose on purpose, 4 of them is definitely nothing to worry about. You should just go to sleep, nothing will happen.
