I am a very shy person myself so I can understand where you are coming from...honestly. My advice for you is that you should write him a letter if going up and asking him is out of the question. I think that a letter is the perfect solution because you get to express all of your feelings for him without actually facing him and personally I think its sexy and mysterious to write a man a love letter. I think it will definitly turn him on.
