and codes that you get in the newer vehicles need to be reset by a computer. the car will need to go to a shop to have this done. call the dealership to make sure the issues you have checked are related to the codes displaying in the vehicle. if the problems have been corrected, the cumputer just needs to be reset.
i have reset the puter and they come back on
map sensor and throttle position indicator are some suspects to investigate. you didn't happen to be running through high water or heavy rain when it happened?
the minimum gap is 0.039", I just changed the sparkplugs of my Tracker ___________________________________ On my 98 tracker the specs are on the inside of the hood, have you checked there?
Have you checked the steering wheel?
It has to be checked out and find out what is wrong with it.
I checked mine at 45,000 miles, and they looked brand new! Then I checked the owner's manual (should have done that first), and it shows a service interval of 100,000 miles.
Have you checked for fuel and spark? Fuel pumps ad burnt ignition rotors are very commen on these vehicles
Definitely a timing chain, I checked the parts page on GM
Perhaps starter is weak. Have it tested for load and drag
have you checked your cables, esp the ground?
Try the light bulb.
Have you checked your local library? That is where I go for automotive manuals, mine even lets me check them out.
Have you checked for spark? Have you changed Spark Plug?
Have transmission fluid and filter changed. Checked Transmission mounts
