∙ 13y agoKidneys? Are you peeing ok? If it's really dark yellow, brown or had blood in it, or it hurts to pee, or feels like you have to urinate constantly, you may have a bladder infection that has worked it's way up to your kidneys. - you will need a doctor asap and antibiotics.
OR.. Maybe a pulled muscle, maybe a blockage in your intestine or colon? Constipation, diverticulitis.... You need to give more information.

when was you least bowel movement? was it normal?
How is your appetite?
Are you having problems urinating?
Is there a possibility you are pregnant?
If it's horrible pain, go to the emergency room, it could be serious.
