Being dizzy means everything looks as if it is spinning. Being light headed means you feel faint and sometimes like you are GOING to faint. I have been feeling like this for weeks. Don't worry about it. :)
The minor problem may be that you have Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension) or you just feel too tired, having no enough rest or sleep on account of pressure.
Don't worry. They are easy to deal with. Just have a holiday, relax, have enough sleep and eat something nutritious. And take some sports that you can manage. Oxygen is important.
The more serious problem may be that ..., you can imagine. And you'd better go to see a doctor and have a thorough examination. The earlier the better.
We do not hope it is the latter.
You're having a head rush. Symptoms include dizzyness, light-headedness, and death.
This happens to me some times too you could be getting up too fast or you may have an ear infetion
Sphincters act as valves. The Cardiac Sphincter for example keeps food in the stomach from coming back up into the throat.
I don't believe there is a danger of making yourself dizzy. What happens when you are dizzy is a bit complicated, I hope you don't mind. Inside of your ears there is fluid, WAAY past your eardrums. when you spin, that fluid spins around, just like when you spin a water bottle. The nerves that are inside your ears that send the signals to your brain detect this, and your brain believes it's still spinning. The reason that some people throw up when they are dizzy is that the brain THINKS it's in danger, when really it's not, so in a desperate attempt to escape, they throw up. It's just nature. I hope that is understandable, considering it came from a twelve-year-old...;)
THE ANSWER:There IS no problem except for the fact that blood rushes out of your head so quickly that you get dizzy, and in fact may pass out. This happens because your brain needs blood or it will stop working. That's why if you lie down then get up too fast you get dizzy. That is ALSO why your eyes go 3/4ths blank after doing the same thing.Hope this answers your question,Kabob34

When you have engisity, it's pretty much when you think about something too much, you have alot on your mind. I go threw engisity everyday. I think about being dizzy every single day. I am fine when I am doing something, and then I think, I am going to be dizzy, and all the sudden, I get myself all worked up, over nothing. You need to think, "I am fine!, I am here and I'm not going to let this get to me!" I am thirteen and I hope this feeling goes away :[
