But if this is how you ask a question then it is generally recommended that you go to the doctor to have him/her look at it. Chances are you have an infection under the toe nail or just in your toe. Leaving this kind of injury to "heal on it's own" might seem possible, but such an infection could lead to blood poisoning. This was the same case for Jack Daniel, the famous Tennessee whiskey distiller. Legend is he kicked his safe in frustration one day, got an infection in his toe which gave him blood poisoning, which ultimately lead to his death in 1911.
