If you have been on them for at least a month, you are safe. It doesn't matter what day of the pill pack you have sex. And as long as you are taking them correctly, they are about 95% or more affective against pregnancy. A condom just adds more protection and protects you from sexually passed diseases and the pill doesn't. So, your chances are very slim.

If, as you say, you've followed the instructions and taken it every day, then the pill is pretty much 100% effective in keeping you from getting pregnant, even if you have unprotected sex very regularly (i.e. without any other form of protection, like a condom). I think the actual statistic is something like 99.99%, suggesting that 1 in 10,000 women could fall pregnant whilst taking the pill, but it is my impression that they have to say this just in case someone bizarrely manages it. Basically, it's incredibly unlikely that you could fall pregnant whilst taking the pill correctly.

However, if you're asking because you want to have sex with your boyfriend with only the contraceptive pill as protection, then I wouldn't recommend it unless you are genuinely CERTAIN that there is no potential for sexually transmitted diseases to be passed on (i.e. he's been tested for all STDs, or he's a virgin). The effects of gonorrhoea, chlamydia and syphillis range from mildly unpleasant to life threatening, not to mention the possibility of HIV infection. Also, there has been research that shows that having sex without a condom can lead to a greater risk of Cervical cancer. Just make sure you're looking after yourself, first and foremost :-)

If you have been using the pill for some time and took that first pill late on the day it was due, chances of pregnancy are very small.

Does a girl get pregnant even if the sperm of the guy comes out after inserting it in her after sex?

If the boy ejaculates after withdrawing it from the vagina the chances of getting pregnant are much lower, but they are not zero, since there are a few sperm in the pre-ejaculate (precum), and she can get pregnant from this. Also, depending on where the sperm lands when he ejaculates makes a difference. If he were to ejaculate onto her belly or back, some could drip into her vagina and, though not as likely, can still cause pregnancy.

How long will you get pregnant after you stopped your pills for a short time example two weeks on birth control pills?

Nine months. There is a chance that you can get pregnant from not taking your dose at around the same time each day (2-4 hours outside of when you usually take it.) If you have not taken your contraceptive pill for two-three consecutive days, you are unprotected. At two weeks, consider yourself completely unprotected.
