Check the Chevy S10s crankshaft position sensor. The sensor is located low on the engine, and the snow could have gotten the connection damp. The engine will not start when the sensor does not operate.
check the compression on it if it turns over and doesnt start you might have fried the rings
carborator
check if you have fuel and spark it needs both to work
Start looking at fire and gas. Trace these two that are the main problems.
Check and clean your spark plugs that might be the problem.
is it getting gas ? do you have spark?
When it is at it's most destructive. A cyclone will leave a path of destruction in its wake, then there will be a calm i.e The Eye Of The Storm, after which the cyclone will start again with the same intensity until it moves on or turns into a rain depression.
If your car doesnt start, it could be the battery. But if the car starts and you unplug the negative cable and the car turns off, its the alternator.
check and make sure you are getting spark to coils!!
Possible bad crank sensor on the distributor, possible bad oil pressure swith.
i would have the coil packs tested
I had a similar problem turns out the Alternator was bad.
