Maybe he is just shy and it depends on how long you have been going out. What i mean by shy is that if he hasn't asked you out on a date he might be shy so you migt try asking him on a date then you might be lucky and get that first kiss

∙ 14y agoif he wont kiss u it probably means hes scared to, first thing u do if u want him to is get close to him and make him feel comfortable with you. then start getting flirty with him like wispering in his ear or stroking his leg something that will get his attention. never ask him to kiss you it puts him on the spot even though he probably will kiss you it will make hi think that hes in control of you now, make him want to kiss you and eventually he will kiss you no matter how fridgid he is :)
