Probably not, your oil light came on because your ignition was switched on but as the motor was not running [it had stalled] the sensor felt no oil pressure so it turns on the warning light. The next time you start your car look at the dash as you turn the key. You will note that the oil light comes on then goes out when the engine starts. Take my advice, check your oil with the dipstick, don't wait for a warning light, can be an expensive habit.
