Not enough information: If it won't turn over: it could be corroded battery terminals - a dead battery - a bad starter - a bad ignition switch. If it will turn over but won't start: out of gas - bad fuel pump - clogged fuel filter - clogged fuel injectors. OR - distributor cracked - rotor needs replacing - bad plug wires - spark plugs need replacement. OR - a combination of any of these problems together.
