in the southwestern part of the ocean under modlita island there are three boulders in a triangle shape. spirit island is in the middle. there is a cave there where you can offer up spirit gems and become more powerful.

The Temple of the Ocean King is the main temple in Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. You have to go to it multiple times and go deeper into the temple each time. When you first go into the temple, you find Linebeck, the captain. He'll give you instructions and warnings about the temple. After each temple, you have to go back to go even deeper with your new item. New items can also help you beat previous levels faster. After you've collected every fairy, item, and the Master Sword *or whatever it's called* you go through the temple one last time, at the bottom in Bellum *the bad guy*
