Nokia is pretty reliable and sturdy. It can withstand harsh conditions and survive accidents such as repeated drop of the phone on accident. It is the typical old school reliable phone with not too many fancy options in it.

∙ 12y agoThe best place to find out more about replacing your phone would be at the nokia site. It seems that if your phone is under warranty, they would fix it if you sent it in. If not, they also offer refurbished ones that are just as good as a new one, just for half the price
