If you don’t want to do that then simply make double the portions. Then you can freeze half and microwave your foods when you don’t have the time to do the cooking from scratch. Believe me, it takes very little extra energy to cook the meals with extra portions. Knowing When to Spend Your Money Sometimes, you can throw money at a problem. Maybe one session with a personal trainer could help you to figure out what you are doing wrong with your workouts. Maybe taking the time to talk to your doctor, or a dietitian, would help you to get your diet on the right track. Money won’t solve all of your problems for you, but it can buy your expertise, or time, that can help you to get to where you want to go. There you have it. There may not be an ideal solution for every problem in your life when it comes to working it out in the real world.
