Pain, tightness and chest pressure are common sensations associated with a heart attack. These may be accompanied by sweating, dizziness, or nausea. The chest pains may radiate into the left arm or shoulder and possibly your neck and jaw. You may feel lightheaded; have shortness of breath and a sudden overwhelming feeling of fatigue.

You shouldn't ignore these symptoms. Get help immediately, you could be having a heart attack.
