Excretion is disposal of waste matter from the body. In the human body, the main excretory organs are the kidneys, the skin and, to a lesser degree, the intestines. The reason the principal excretory organs are not the intestines is that the vast majority of the contents of the stool was never in the body in the first place. The gastrointestinal tract is actually outside the body per se. However, a small portion of the fecal matter contains actual waste material from the inside of the body. This is primarily the bile, which is formed in the liver, passes into the gallbladder, and thence into the intestines via the bile duct. The importance of the excretory system is that waste, if not disposed of, would poison the body.
1)If metabolic waste is not removed from the body,it may become poisonous and kill living cells.
2)It maintains salt balance in the blood.
3)Keeps you from becoming fecal grenade.
4)Keeps morons who cant get their facts right from posting the wrong s*** here. : )
excretion is important in all living organisms without it living organisms are not able to digest more food and as a result reduce all energy and will be dead.
MRSGREN - Movement, Reproduction, Sensitivity, Growth, Respiration, Excretion and Nutrition. The ones that are essential are Respiration and Nutrition and maybe Growth.
All living things (organisms) need water(H2O)
True. Unicellular organisms can perform all of their own functions including respiration, ingestion, digestion, excretion and reproduction.
They all show the following characteristics of life: Movement Reproduction Sensitivity Control their internal condition Respiration Excretion Nutrition Growth breathing
These are the characteristics of life. All living things:respond to stimulusmaintain homeostasisuse energy (metabolism)grow and develophave DNAare made up of one or many cellsreproduceevolve
All living organisms use excretion to eliminate waste substances.
biologyst study living organisms, all living organisms do the following Movement Respiration Sensitivity Growth Reproduction Excretion Nutrition
Organisms are important because they are all living things. You are an organism, your pet is an oragnism, the bacteria in your intestines are all organisms.
no it is not important for animals

all the living organisms including humans are linked to each other and to the biosphere for survival
All living organisms are composed of one or more cells.
The biosphere is important for all living organisms because it provides habitat, food, oxygen, and other resources essential for survival. It also plays a crucial role in regulating the Earth's climate and maintaining ecological balance. A healthy biosphere ensures the sustainability of life on our planet.
MRSGREN - Movement, Reproduction, Sensitivity, Growth, Respiration, Excretion and Nutrition. The ones that are essential are Respiration and Nutrition and maybe Growth.
There are more than three: movement, respiration, excretion, reproduction, sensitivity, growth and nutrition. Remember that organisms are alive and viruses are not living.
MRS GREN it MUST do ALL of these processes to be classed as living M - Movement R - Respiration S - Sensitivity G - Growth R - Reproduction E - Excretion N - Nutrition
Taxonomy is an important tool for better understanding the unity among living organisms because it helps to classify all living things. It tells the structural differences of organisms.
