From Charleston or Columbia you will have to fly first to Charlotte or Atlanta and then change for a direct flight to Montego Bay. From Charleston I get up at 4:30 in the morning, go to the airport and fly to Atlanta for a 3 hour layover and then land at Montego Bay around 2 in the afternoon, So I spend nearly eight hours in transit just to get to Montego Bay.
