Natural rights are rights not dependent upon laws, customs, or beliefs. There are three natural, or inalienable, rights laid out by the Declaration of Independence. These are the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
It is important to remember what rights you are granted. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness are the three unalienable rights listed in the Declaration of Independence.
The three explicitly listed... the wording makes it clear that this is not intended to be an exhaustive list... are "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."
Locke's basic rights were Life, Liberty, and Property. The writers of the Declaration of Independence modified this when creating their inalienable rights of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

The three inalienable rights.
There are three natural rights according to the Declaration of Independence. They are: life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.
The 3 "unalienable rights" mentioned by Thomas Jefferson in the American Declaration of Independence are: Life Liberty Pursuit of Happiness Note that Jefferson did not say that these are the ONLY unalienable rights; he said that these 3 are AMONG our rights. Unalienable, or inalienable rights are those that we human beings have just by our nature. They are not granted by govenment or any other institution, and they can not be taken away; they can only be violated.
If you mean the Declaration of Independence there are no "rights" listed beyond the statement that Jefferson wrote in the first three paragraphs of the paper. This was more of a philosophy on the "rights of man" rather than rights in particular. It won't be until the constitutional convention that a list of rights is developed for the new government. The Declaration of Independence is more about the reasons why the colonies wanted to declare themselves independent from the crown. It could be called an "open letter" to the king.
