I don't know what makes you assume they needed a special way to do it, there were rivers and lakes across their territory that's where they got their water from.

Neanderthals likely obtained water from natural sources such as rivers, streams, lakes, and springs. They would have used containers such as animal hides or hollowed-out gourds to carry and store water for consumption. Neanderthals may have also consumed water-rich foods like fruits and vegetables to meet their hydration needs.

Were Neanderthal and neanderthals' world the same documentary?

It is incorrect to refer to Neanderthals as "Neanderthals' world." Neanderthals were a species of ancient humans that existed in the Paleolithic era, while "Neanderthal" is often used to describe the species as a whole. "Neanderthal" and "Neanderthals' world" would not typically be used interchangeably in a documentary about them.
