∙ 12y agoOnly if there's fresh blood from a HIV positive person on the same needle the tattooist use on you. HIV can only be transmitted from another person who has it, through bodily fluids. It can not magically appear from a tattoo. If you go to a good tattooist they only use sterile gear.
