actually it is possible, but you have to be under machines that keep your blood circulating, they did this to a guy who needed a heart transplant and he spent 48 days without a heart until he got a new heart.

If we didn't have a heart, not only would the circulatory system stop working, the whole body would stop working. All of our organs inside our body depend on blood from the heart to provide them with energy. If there isn't a heart, there's no blood in the body. If there's no blood in our body, the other organs won't have enough energy to perform their functions, so they'll stop working too.

You wouldn't be able to live at all without your brain, since it controls every part of your body, and tells your heart when to beat and pump blood. NO. But our cerebrum is very adaptable. You can have a large brain tumor, that compresses healthy cerebrum in a small space, but you would still live normally.
