Not very much at all. The procedure takes a split second. From personal experience I'd say it's hurts less than a minor cut. However, no matter how tough you are, you might cry, involuntarily though, because, your tear ducts are connected at the tip of your nose but everyone is different! So take a deep breath and let 'er rip!
i would imagine that it would hurt. it is a big chunk of cartilage...but i thought that peircing my nose just on the nostril would hurt like crazy because it is a thick piece of tissue. but i didn't feel a thing. so maybe if u had it done professionally it wouldn't be too bad. =]
Done by a trained professional body piercer, No.
My septum stopped hurting after a week or two. I'd go back to the place it was pierced at and have them take a look.
More then likely they'd have you take out the nostril piercing before they pierce the septum. You should have no problem with the nose ring and septum ring getting caught on each other afterwards though.
Your belly button piercing hurts more then a normal ear piercing your belly button piercing is more sensitive then a ear. :]
Injudicious cauterization of both sides of the septum causes a perforated septum when death of nose tissue occurs.
Some negatives may include; it getting infected, the pain while in the process, or even changing the ring itself. Some people say getting their nose pierced is one of the worst pains. Getting my nose pierced hurt more than any of my other piercings. The first few weeks, you nose can get infected, and its not fun. If you change the nose ring too early it can infect it or make is sore so be careful when deciding to get your nose pierced. I hope this helped!
A septum piercing is a type of nose piercing. The cartilage is not pierced but the gap between the bottom of the nose and cartilage is. Many have said that it does not hurt very much, but everyone's tolerance is different.
it does hurt if you get your cartilage pierced. It will continue to hurt for about two the four weeks after you get it pierced.
No
The septum is a very sensitive area of the inner nose. In fact, it is made up of skin and cartilage, which helps keep the passages open for breathing. If you have pierced the septum, it will continue to hurt for several years. This is because it takes a while for the septum to heal on its own.
Yes.
No it doesn't hurt and I know this because a friend of mine had both pierced but it would hurt like the nose pierce
No..........

Obviously. Everything hurts when you get it pierced. It might not hurt when the needle goes throug. But it will hirt when its healing.

Getting a tongue piercin will hurt a bit regardless of what you've had pierced before.
