Wet weather causes everything under the hood of the car (even the spark plugs which create ignition) to cool down which causes start up problems. Ignition can only happen at a certain temperature.
Too much moisture in the air will cause your car to run rough or just die out. Simple trick - bring your car into your garage or if you dont have a garage make sure its not raining. Grab a spray bottle(any) and fill it with only water. Have the engine running and srapy the spark plug wires (all) and look for arching if you see a little tiny lightning bolt its time to change those wires. Also spray the distributor cap with water if it dies there is your problem.
All kinds of weather can occur during earthquakes as there is no link between weather and the occurrence of earthquakes.

A bad condenser will cause the ignition points to spark more heavily, and burn out sooner. Also misfiring, bucking, and even stalling can occur as the spark may not be sufficient at the plug. The condenser helps reduce sparking at the contact points, and it also stores and provides extra energy for the next spark event, so a bad condener will reduce the strength of your overall ignition spark.
The lithosphere is where earthquakes occur.
Because the conditions of temperature and pressure that occur in stars do not occur on earth
There is no one place for clouds and weather to occur>>>>>
In a high pressure area, good warm weather will occur. In a low pressure area, colder rainy weather will occur.

There is not a specific time when weather changes occur except for the changing of the seasons.
Actually weather doesn't mostly occur in places. weather occurs everywhere
weather changes occur in a slow process. weathering breaks down rocks into smaller pieces.
