Healthy, however, is an adjective, with the comparative form of healthier and the superlative form of healthiest.

For any adverbs ending in '-ly', you form the comparative and superlative with the words 'more' and 'most' respectively:

'He waited patiently for her return.'

'She waited more patiently than he.'

'I waited most patiently of all.'
