1) usually someone will sweep up broken glass which is unsafe because it can get caught in the broom hairs.

2) sometimes you might wash the knives with the silver ware and you can end up stabbing yourself.

3) when you don't where aprons and your wearing something loose that could light on fire

4) sometimes someone may open the lid of a pan with a lot of smoke in it towards them and can get a first degree burn because of that.

10) mold is also a high risk hazard because of the food poisoning it can cause

Well, you could "Have an accident". If you are using a knife, you can accidently sever your limbs. Thats a bad one.
