Yes
ATF+4
The same place you check the fluid level.
The transmission fluid on a 2005 Dodge Neon is changed by placing a drain pan under the vehicle, removing the drain plug, and allowing the transmission to empty. The drain plug is installed, fluid added through the filler tube, and the level tested via the dipstick.
check the fluid level
ATF+4 transmission fluid.
If the transmission fluid level is ok your clutch might be worn out.
Check the fluid level and have the computer checked for codes.
i think so mabey not do not take my word for it No you check it idling in Park.
Your pour it right down the transmission fluid dipstick. Check often and be careful not to overfill. Remember to shift through all gears while the car is on and then check the fluid while the car is still running.
I owned a 1995 neon sc with manual transmission. You don't add transmission fluid like you would a automatic. In fact, the type of fluid my neon required, could only be obtained through the dealer.
You add it at the same place you check it, unless it is a sealed for life unit.
