There are two sensors in that exhaust system. Only one is called an O2 sensor and it is located in the exhaust system after the catalytic converter, also known as downstream.. The other sensor is called an Air/Fuel Sensor and is located before the catalytic converter, also known as upstream.
It depends on number of cylinders the engine has. 4 cylinder engine has 2 oxygen sensors. V6 has at least 3.
