Why did Anne Frank's family leave Frankfurt?

They left Frankfurt to get away from the Germans because the Germans wanted to kill all the jews in Germany. Hitler hated jews so he wanted to kill all of them. They went into hiding in a secret annexe in Amsterdan and in the end , the whole family were took to a german camp and they eventually passed away.
