Excellent and creative hypothetical question! Had it be true, then us men would truly be unnecessary (feminazi heaven) :)

I don't dare claim that it's impossible for any two cells to fuse, but I'd wager it seems extremely unlikely that two cells who require a cell that is this much smaller and actually needs to flagellum-push it's little way inside can actually merge into each other in a way that also induces the formation of an embryo. Even merely having two nuclei wouldn't suffice to create a diploid cell, obviously. The most likely scenario for a cell like that is too die.

So, my guess is: it may be theoretically possible for eggs to combine, but it would not lead to an embryo.
