I belive that stress causes lack of sleep and lack of sleep causes red eyes . and to much stress can and will caused blister looking bumps on skin that will burn.. and they wont go away until they are ready to.
Yes, I believe that stress can effect the vision. I see "stars" or flashing lights when I am under a lot of stress, feel down, or have a cold. I notice when my immunity is lower because I am dealing with a lot in life. I sleep well but I notice that I get these flashes during tough times like when I went through a divorce, or lost my grandparents, or excessively worry about things. This is just my opinion. I also suffer from migraines but the flashes are not suppsed to last all day ---that is when I assume it is stress making my vision go crazy.

yes it does!! it spoils your eyes bycontinualy putting stress and pressure on your eyes. people who get fresh air and go outside help their eyes.
(Not sure about blink out of sync), But It could be what is known as an eye twitch. A common cause of an eyelid twitching is stress, fatigue, and caffeine. A twitch often goes away eventually, especially after a good nights sleep, or a lessening of stress. (I prefer tea to coffee!)

Spots before your eyes are called floaters, and there may be any number of them, from a few to numerous. There is nothing to be done to remove them, but occasionally they go away by themselves. Sometimes stress is a factor, or strain.
Stress can affect your eyes/vision in a number of ways. If stress is keeping you from getting enough sleep, it can cause your eyes to feel dry and blurry. Also, stress can raise your blood pressure, which will also affect your eyes/vision. Stress is also one of the major causes of headaches, which affect your eyes/vision, as well. You need to see your physician or your optometrist to make sure there is nothing else going on with your eyes, though.
