Probably water, unless it's an acid-loving plant like an African violet. Orange Juice might actually harm some plants. The citric acid in the orange juice may damage the roots, making it difficult for the plant to absorb enough water or nutrients from the soil. It also might cause leaf-burn, which is usually a symptom of over-fertilizing, but can also be caused by salts and/or acids being present in the soil. I've seen leaf burn being caused by washing the outside of the pot with ammonia-based cleaner also.

Of course, this is all just hypothetical. The only way to know for sure is to try it. Plant some catnip or mint seeds in two containers, and water one with orange juice and the other with water to see what happens. I suppose you could do it with any plants, but I suggested mint or catnip because they are very hardy and grow quickly. They're also easy to propagate by stem cuttings.
