Penis size varies a great deal from boy to boy (or man to man) and at 14 when different boys are at different stages of puberty there is even greater scope for variation. Anything from 2 inches up to 6 or 7 inches would not be considered unusual but the average size for an erect 14 year old boys penis would probably be 3 or 4 inches. Flaccid (soft, limp or unerected) penises are seldom measured as their length can vary with changes in temperature and the persons emotional state.

∙ 14y agoIt could be normal if your family (fathers, brothers, grandfathers, uncles) all have a big penis. I am not saying to look, but if it is normal in your family, it is normal for ytou. If not, you .should be lucky only 3 out of 10 teens or young adults have a penis size bigger than 8 inches.
