Hemothorax (hee-moh-THOH-racks)
hem/o means blood , and -thorax means chest
The accumulation of blood in the pleural cavity in commonly referred to as a Hemothorax, as opposed to air build up in the cavity called a pneuomothorax. Typically, to correct a hemothorax one needs the insertion of a chest tube and the blood must be drained from the cavity.
It is usually caused from an injury, especially blunt trauma. It can also occur in patients who suffer a pulmonary infarction (death of a section of lung), patients who have had a type of chest surgery, patients with lung or pleural cancer, etc. Rarely, a blood vessel ruptures into the pleural space when no injury has occurred, or a bulging area in the aorta (aortic aneurysm) leaks blood into the pleural space.
The accumulation of tissue fluid in starving people is due to a decrease in protein synthesis, which leads to decreased levels of albumin in the blood. This lowered albumin level causes fluid to leak out of the blood vessels and into the tissues, resulting in edema.
that is what pleural effusion is! it is excess fluid that accumulates in the pleural cavity. I'm assuming that there is a chest tube or the fluid has been aspirated in order for you to see the colour. but its normal to see a hint of blood or in some cases a lot of blood. all depends on the cause of the pleural effusion..but anyways for all you know the person may have a hemothorax. hope this helps!
Infinite density is a theoretical concept that describes a point of extreme compactness where the mass of an object is compressed into an infinitely small volume. It is often associated with black holes, where gravity is so strong that it causes matter to collapse into a singularity with infinite density at the center.
Accumulation of oxalate in the body can lead to formation of kidney stones, as oxalate binds with calcium to form insoluble crystals. This can result in kidney damage, pain, and urinary tract issues. In severe cases, high oxalate levels can lead to kidney failure.
A phenomenon describes an observed pattern in nature without an attempt to explain its underlying causes.
Hyper-resonance (generally described upon percussion of the chest) is typically seen in Pneumothorax, where an accumulation of air in the pleural space causes compression / collapse of the lung on the affected side. Note that hyper-resonance is a late sign, and is seen infrequently.
A pneumothorax causes the lung to collapse, leading to decreased air flow into the lung and subsequent alveolar collapse, resulting in atelectasis. The air in the pleural space from the pneumothorax can also prevent proper lung expansion, further worsening the atelectasis.
Reye's syndrome causes fatty accumulation in the organs of the body, especially the liver. In the brain, it causes fluid accumulation (edema ),

Colony collapse is when bees mysteriously disappear. Vampire mites and nicotine-based insecticides are among the possible causes.
The phrase "the last straw" originates from the idiom "the straw that broke the camel's back," which refers to a seemingly minor or routine occurrence that triggers a disproportionate reaction due to the accumulation of previous stress. Just as a camel can carry a heavy load until one final straw causes it to collapse, this phrase describes a situation where a small event leads to a significant outcome.
Causes of collapse for which rescue breathing may be needed are anaphylactic shock, heart attack, and poisoning.
The collapse of a star is based on its age. When it runs out of "Fuel" its inside contracts as the outside expands. it can then super nova or collapse into a tiny star.
high potassium causes arrhythmias and the arrhythmias that it causes can reduce blood pressure causing someone to collapse.
