Cell Nucleus was first discovered by Robert Hooke in 1665. He came to this discovery as he was observing a piece of cork under the microscope and noticed small chambers like honey comb in them. Those chambers were called cells by ROBERT BROWN. Later another scientist ROBERT BROWN discovered the nucleus in the cell of orchid.
A German scientist SHWANN discovered the animal cell with nucleus.
Your Welcome :)
Antonie van Leeuwenhoek did not discover the nucleus. The nucleus was first described by Scottish botanist Robert Brown in 1831 while studying plant cells under a microscope. Van Leeuwenhoek is known for his pioneering work in microscopy and discoveries related to microorganisms.
Nucleoplasm was discovered in and orchid cell, in 1831 by Robert Brown. Nucleoplasm is the fluid usually found in the nucleus of eukaryotic cells. The nucleoplasm acts as a suspension medium for the organelles of the nucleus.

I say Robert Brown
Robert Brown discovered the cell nucleus in plant cells in 1831. This discovery was significant because it provided insight into the organization and function of cells. Brown's observations revolutionized the understanding of cellular structure and laid the foundation for further advancements in cell biology.
He discovered it with one of those old microscopes
It should have been a light microscope considering the period of time he lived in.
