Young Birds of Prey are called exactly the same thing normal birds are called.
If the bird is young and still covered in down (fluffy feathers to keep the bird warm) then the bird would be called a Chick. If the bird is jut starting or is still growing flight feathers they would be called a Fledgling.
There is no word for this. It would be a chick, as for all birds.
A young raptor is a young bird of prey, such as an eagle or a hawk. These birds are called raptors because they are predatory and hunt for their food.
