It depends on what substance is in the milliliter.

If it's air ... a small fraction of 1 gram.

If it's water ... roughly 1 gram.

If it's stone or lead ... several grams.

If the milliliter is empty ... zero grams.

You haven't stated the density or what the liquid is. Around 4oC, 1cc of water is 1g if that helps.
