What happens when you mix subutex and cocaine?

Personally, I think doing cocaine and drinking alcohol enhances the coke high. As long as you don't do too much coke and drink too much alcohol, nothing will happen. You will just feel really really good :)

**From a pharmacological perspective, the combination of cocaine and alcohol forms a toxic byproduct, cocaethylene. Some users report that it creates a feeling of higher euphoria (see above), however, it is involved in 60% of sudden cocaine deaths. It has cardiovascular toxicity (i.e. leads to heart attack and strokes) so this combination should be avoided if you have a heart condition!

*** I don't condone drug use but cocaine isn't that bad of a drug as long as you know who your getting it from, you never want to get coke from some random guy and if you do taste it put a little in your gums if it tastes terrible there is probably acetaminophine or vitamin B, and if your mouth doesnt go numb you probably bought flower haha but test your drugs always before using them, but to answer your question if you have high purity cocaine you dont need to mix it with alcohol and if you do you will die as alcohol slows your heart rate down and cocaine speeds it up so together heart attack a low purity cocaine like 50%(which is pretty much what you get if you buy a gram at a time) do a line than have 1 drink and see how it goes let it sit if you like it repeat if not choose which one you want to continue with but i dont recomend 6 lines and 6 drinks in the same night especially if you havent eaten anything, we all know they say drinking on a full stomach wont keep you sober bs, it also puts more red blood cells in your blood which makes it harder for you to get the affect from any drug. Cocaine and alcohol go hand in hand, and after a couple of years of mixing the two i finally googled it tonight while I am in fact mixing them both. It is fun but it can make you lash out and do some crazy things, if you do mix the two please for your own sake don't get too carried away and drive or fight with your girlfriend or what not, for those that have wild emotions it can be very unfortunate, I'm wasted peace out !!

Apparently this guy has the brain cells of a caterpillar; no doubt as a result from the mixing he's done with the cocaine and alcohol. I have clients like him, and it's really kind of sad seeing them as grown men with the emotional/behavioral/intellectual levels of a 12-year-old. Because THAT'S what drugs ACTUALLY do, "kids" (as he says)!!! They stunt your brain from growing any further! In other words, if you begin drugs, say, at age 15; and you continue to use them for the next 20 years (like many of my clients who have managed to survive that long) without dying from it first, then you will be a 35 year-old with the emotions, behaviors, and intellect of a 15 year-old. Throwing drugs (or alcohol, for that matter) into a growing, developing brain will STOP THE BRAIN FROM GROWING AND DEVELOPING. Sorry, but there are just no two ways about it. And there's no percentage of who that will happen to either because it will happen to ANY and EVERYONE who does this!

But specifically, to the question of what happens when you mix cocaine and alcohol, there is some truth found speckled here and there amidst the sludge that makes up that guy's answer, shockingly enough. (I just had to write that first part to put some reality and actual TRUTH into that pathetic, previous answer.) When you do these 2 in combination, a 3rd drug - separate from the cocaine and separate from the alcohol - then forms inside of your body. It is called "cocaethylene" and THAT is what kills people on a repeated, regular basis (when they mix the two). See, this new drug, cocaethylene, is impossible to regulate since it's happening inside your body, so you never know how much you're making. You also don't know how much will kill you. It is toxic in the liver, and it causes heart attacks to people who are otherwise young and healthy. Not much is known about cocaethylene because of how (not to mention where) it's made, so no one can even begin to tell you how much YOUR body can handle. And it happens everytime you mix alcohol and cocaine. In other words, even that guy who wrote that previous comment may not even be alive right now to come back on here and argue against all the negative things I had to say about his ridiculous answer!

Personally, I don't think people should do cocaine, period. Alcohol, maybe in moderation (and definitely not if driving). But if you're going to do either, PLEASE don't mix them together!!!

Not advisable!

I have been taking Perc since '93.

Around 60,000 pills.

I had used coke along with Perc.

Just made me very, very nauseous.

Did not like the results.

Mixing the two is potentially very dangerous.

Most of the time death would occur, but if not extreme damage to the blood vessels, heart, and brain. if you know anyone who has done this take them to a doctor immediately. their heart could collapse at any minute.

8 ball (3.5 grams) + 600 mg caffeine pills gets you a heart rate of over 130-150 high BP intense headache/migraine, dehydration/UTI and a nice IV fluid bag, IV Ativan and an ambulance ride :-)....dont know what happens at lesser more reasonable doses though

It makes a lot of foam and if you get your proportions right (I'd say 1:1) it tastes great. the caffeine is absorbed faster. You should also try coke with instant coffee.
