The 1968 and 1969 US cents do not have a premium value unless they have striking errors or are in Mint or Proof condition. While the S coins (San Francisco Mint) were the least produced, there were still more than 258 million minted in 1968 and 544 million in 1969.
It will have no added value, unless it is a GEM uncirculated coin (worth about 25 cents), or a proof coin (worth about 50 cents).
There were no British Pennies minted in 1969. Old Pennies were last minted in 1967 and the New Pennies were first issued in 1971.
Although predecimal Pennies were minted in 1968, 1969 and 1970, they were all dated 1967.
The British New Penny was not introduced until 1971.
The doubled die 1969-S are worth more than a penny but they are rare. In 2008 a PCGS certified MS-64 Red example sold for more then $125,000.
It's worth 2 cents for the copper.
10 cents
100,000.00
You need to give more information but if you got it in circulation it is worth face value. If it is a wheat penny a few cents.
If you mean "Wheat Penny's" be more specific, dates are needed.
Most are not. Some high grade Mint State coins sell for $2.00-$5.00
Way too many are still in circulation to be worth more than face value.
In 1896 a penny was worth a penny. If you have a penny dated 1896 then it is worth more than that.
The coin is still in circulation and only face value.
1 penny - no more unless you find some mug who is prepared to pay more for it.
cause the value of the penny was more then wat it was worth
Normally "y" is changed to "ies". There are exceptions, such as "journeys". Also personal names are not so changed: "Penny" becomes "Pennys", if you have more than one person named Penny.
no mint mark meens it was struck in philly. This is a newer coin and exact price its worth varies. it depends on what version of the 09 you have and condition. If it is in perfect uncirculated condition as of now I have seen them go from a few cents to well over a dollar. There is high demand for these now since they were a one year series. I think the 09 price will go down a little and jump back up in 10 years. Hold on to all the 09 pennys you can and keep them + look out for the D (denver) mint they are rarer. Just a heads up the new 2010 pennys with the new design are out and I have seen them go on e-bay for $7 for one penny I dont think many will get into circulation. Keep all your 08,09,10 pennys they for sure are worth more than a penny.
A 1964 penny is still worth 1 cent but a 1900 penny might be worth a couple more
Both are only face value.
