SBC then took on AT&T's name, branding, logo, and stock symbol (T), but it is now known as AT&T Inc., not AT&T Corp. So now... Southwestern Bell Corporation = AT&T Inc. However, there have been a total of 12 stock splits for this company between May 22nd, 1987 and today (April 2014). Depending on when the Southwestern Bell Corporation stock was issued, it could be worth anywhere between 2 and 12 times the current stock price for AT&T (T), which as of April 2014 was trading for about $35.
