Yes quad core is beeter than i 5..I used both but quad core gives you more flexebility like more expemdeble memory.graphic cards etc....Quad core handles more load of application as comapre to i 5...Thnaks
The question you're asking, unfortunately, is not worded correctly. An Intel processor is a family of processor, where a quad-core processor is a type of processor. The Intel family includes many types of quad-core processors. However, to try and disambiguate what you're asking, an Intel core processor will be good, no matter what type it is. An Intel quad-core processor - for example, the Intel i7 - will perform fantastically well. The other main type of processor manufacturer - AMD - also have quad-core processors. However, a lot of it is down to opinion and machine build as to whether Intel is better than AMD, but personally, I believe Intel will out-perform and out-last an AMD processor.
yes
Yes, a quad-core processor is generally faster than dual-core or single-core processors because it can handle more tasks simultaneously.
Quite simply, a Uni (Single) core processor has only a single primary calculations core. A Multi (Dual, quad, hexi, etc) core processor has more than one primary calculations core.
There is 423 pins in a Duel Core Processor.
I think i3 is better processor than e6700 because i3 is advance technolgy processor
The HTC One has a powerful quad-core processor and it\'s less than 200 dollars.
There is no such thing, but if you mean a quad core processor, it is a processor that contains 4 more or less identical "cores", each of which can be used to do the work of the computer. In a single core processor, if you run more than one program at a time, the one core has to switch between each program run a little bit of it at a time. On a quad core processor, four programs could be run at the same time without switching, each program on a different core. This is a gross oversimplification but it expresses the basic concept.
The iMac does video editing better than any Windows PC.
The AMD Quad Core runs at 1.5 Ghz. Multiply it by the amount of cores and you get 6 Ghz. 6 Ghz vs. 3.20 Ghz, which means the Quad core is better than the Intel Pentium 4.
AMD is cheaper than Intel ...
For AMD - AMD Phenom II X4 920 For Intel - Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 Intel processor is rated slightly faster overall than the AMD processor but the cost of other things (i.e. motherboards) may make the AMD processor the better deal.
