AnswerI'd guess no more than a gram of gold on good-quality motherboards, maximum. It's only used for jumpers, and they are tiny pegs of metal. There may be some in the CPU pins too. See this image, the small straight pins are humpers, there may be up to 20 of these on a motherboard.
